    Position Overview:

    My client are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Finance to join their executive team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in finance, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive financial growth and efficiency. This role is pivotal in shaping the financial future of their company, ensuring our continued success and expansion in the market research industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the financial planning, analysis, and budgeting processes to support the company's strategic goals.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
    • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, tax, audit, and compliance.
    • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
    • Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, auditors, and other external partners.
    • Ensure the company's financial health by monitoring key financial metrics and implementing risk management strategies.
    • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
    • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Proven experience in the market research or related industry is highly desirable.
    • Strong strategic planning, financial modelling, and analytical skills.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
