    Job Summary: As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects. Your expertise will drive project success by managing all aspects, from conception to closeout, while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

    Key Responsibilities:


    1. Project Planning and Initiation:

    • Collaborate with clients and design professionals to define project objectives, scope, and budget.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Oversee the pre-construction phase, including bid and subcontractor selection.

    1. Project Execution:

    • Lead project teams and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
    • Monitor project progress, quality, and safety, and take corrective action when necessary.
    • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment.
    • Manage and track project budgets, expenses, and change orders.

    1. Client Relations:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Communicate project status, updates, and address client concerns promptly.
    • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and meeting project objectives.

    1. Team Leadership:

    • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including site superintendents and field personnel.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
    • Promote a strong culture of safety and compliance with all regulations.

    1. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
    • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management and clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager.
    • Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, codes, and regulations.
    • Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • OSHA 30-Hour Certification preferred.
