- Provide Pricing for Inbound Calls
- Heavy Customer Contact
- Provide quote, lead times, product support to customers
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Provide data and guides to help the sales team
- Keep record of sales trends
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Suggest sales process improvements
- Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
- Provide timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns.
- Partnership with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.
- Strong Excell Skills
- 2-5 Years Customer Service Experience
- Previous customer service experience.
- Computer experience and aptitude
- previous experience with computer systems, corporate phone systems or switchboard.
- Patience in dealing with confused or irate customers.
- Problem-solving skills, and the ability to think under pressure.
- Commitment to continual education about the company, products and services.
