    Description

    Front End Sales Support

    We are looking Front End Sales Support to Speak with Clients on the Front End. Taking client Inbound calls and provide pricing and placing orders. This person must have excellent excel skills.

    Job Description:

    1. Provide Pricing for Inbound Calls
    2. Heavy Customer Contact
    3. Provide quote, lead times, product support to customers
    4. Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
    5. Provide data and guides to help the sales team
    6. Keep record of sales trends
    7. Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
    8. Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
    9. Suggest sales process improvements
    10. Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
    11. Work closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
    12. Provide timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns.
    13. Partnership with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.

    Requirements and qualifications

    1. Strong Excell Skills
    2. 2-5 Years Customer Service Experience
    3. Previous customer service experience.
    4. Computer experience and aptitude
    5. previous experience with computer systems, corporate phone systems or switchboard.
    6. Patience in dealing with confused or irate customers.
    7. Problem-solving skills, and the ability to think under pressure.
    8. Commitment to continual education about the company, products and services.
