    Focused Responsibilities: This role will be diverse, blending operational duties with the opportunity to engage directly with our trading activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Operational Support: Efficiently manage office inventory, liaise with vendors, oversee kitchen operations, and provide administrative support to ensure our office runs like a well-oiled machine.
    • Event and Calendar Management: Be at the heart of our community, organizing memorable team events and managing schedules to foster a cohesive working environment.
    • Facilities and HR Coordination: Play a key role in office maintenance, employee onboarding, and candidate screening, ensuring a smooth and welcoming workplace for everyone.
    • Trading Support: Step into the trading world by assisting on the trading floor, where every day offers a new learning opportunity and the chance to grow your understanding of the markets.
      Qualifications: The ideal candidate is a recent finance, business or human resource managment graduate with 1 to 2 years experience and has a keen interest in the financial markets and a desire to learn about trading.
