RN Coordinator role consists of the planning and coordination of new referrals. The position will also provide phone triage of existing patients. The majority of the responsibilities will be carried out onsite in office.
May provide direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic, or alternate living site.
This is accomplished through collaboration and coordination with various providers, the patient and/or caregiver, the physician and the payor. These services are provided in the states of Oregon and/or southwest Washington.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they're invaluable.

Required Qualifications:

Oregon Registered Nurse License
Within 30 days of hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Upon hire:
Must be licensed in states wherever care is delivered.
3 years Home Infusion nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
