Develops local market promotions and events to drive incremental qualified leadsOversees the planning and support of grand openings, patient appreciation and anniversary eventsIn partnership with Media Strategy, develops and manages specific local advertising initiatives relative to print, radio, television, billboard, etc.
to maximize investments and new patient examsOversees the management of the monthly media scoreboard and effectively communicates to Regional Operations Directors and DoctorsDevelops patient experience recommendations and corresponding in-clinic marketing communications/programsCollaborates with Affiliations, Finance, Operations, and 3rd party agencies to drive marketing tactics and to coordinate efforts among all functions and channelsDevelops first-hand knowledge of market dynamics and opportunities by spending time in market identifying business potential and corresponding marketing programsDevelops with the Area Marketing Managers and clinic teams ongoing local market competitive analysis and reporting and provides real time recommendations to addressWhat You'll Need BS or BA in healthcare or business-related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience leading and executing strategic Marketing and Advertising initiatives and programs, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment5+ years' experience in leading and developing a high performing team of Marketing professionalsComputer skills in word processing, spreadsheet, database management, content management systems and desktop publishing applicationsThis is the perfect opportunity to grow with an expanding organization Apply todaySmile Doctors and all our affiliating practices are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and welcome diversity in our organization.
