    • 4+ years of WiFi performance validations experience
    • Understanding of WiFi stack and networking stack

    eero is looking for a highly proficient, lead plus hands-on WiFi Test Engineer to own our HW-SW testing efforts and keep our platform running smoothly.

    You will help the existing WiFi test team build test cases, design networks to better our customer experience, validate vendor code drops along with eero SW solutions, and ensure that end users have a great connectivity experience.

    You'll work closely with development teams, to help discover and debug issues.
    Define, implement WiFi test cases and support automation
    Design network for wireless, network systems
    Develop ad hoc tests to support engineering debug
    Drive decisions about testing improvements
    Execute WiFi performance characterization tests
    Create/maintain performance and interop nightly regression test suites and testbeds
    Create test suites in our automation framework towards WiFi Performance coverage
    Write detailed bug reports for engineering team
    Support distributed development and WiFi testing teams
    Work experience on OSI stack from L1-L7 or L2-L- Ability to analyze wireless captures, debug and replicate field issues
