- Assist and drive additional activities to achieve 2024 Commercial Fire objectives per VP GM direction
- Prioritize and manage people, projects, and resources to optimize efficiency, productivity and quality for successful on-time delivery, warehouse optimization, systems optimization and drive lean, sustainable practices throughout the organization
- Implements disentanglement strategies, Greenfield opportunities, and Transfer of Work initiatives to support short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Develop project charters, work plans and assign resources in support of departmental initiatives. Assign resources to other corporate initiatives that require project management support.
- Track and report out to executive and senior leadership on project progress and financials including but not exclusive to PPV savings, working capital impact, total landing cost reduction, and tariff mitigation.
- Identify new pipeline projects that expand strategic Transfer of Work (TOW) initiatives and impact.
- Leads, represents, and coordinates Transfer of Work (TOW) team and strategy with business units and stakeholders.
- Represent the project management team at meetings and in other areas as required.
- Monitor department performance metrics to make sure we are meeting our goals and report results to the Vice President and Director of Finance.
- Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and/or Supply Chain. Or, Graduate Degree with 8+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and/or Supply Chain Experience
- Extensive knowledge of Project Management principles and practices.
- Ability to plan, supervise, manage and participate in a wide variety of Project Management related activities.
- Strong communication and management skills combined with business analytics, process and system development, and the ability to manage and drive change effectively
- Proven examples of continuous improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the materials function within high growth, fast paced, supply chain and/or manufacturing environment
- Experience with the detailed analysis necessary to make data driven decisions to drive efficiencies and lean principles while demonstrating financial understanding of materials and supply chain performance
- Able to work under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines
- Mastery of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft programs as needed

The Associate Director, Manufacturing Operations will lead a global 12-20 person international direct hire team of program managers across the 11 site Commercial Fire footprint to deliver on $59M in productivity as well as support and drive strategic business objectives to grow the Commercial Fire business to $1.1B in 2024.
This includes but is not limited to creating long range plans for the Commercial Fire business, developing the strategic business reviews objectives and deliverables, identifying and leading productivity initiatives, developing and monitoring schedules of operational projects, maintaining proper staffing levels and skill sets, training, mentoring and developing employees, performing performance reviews, holding self and direct reports accountable for meeting project and corporate objectives, and working closely with other departments to build a cohesive team and overcome departmental boundaries.
Lead and enable a global team of 12-20 Program Managers who are responsible for cross functionally managing $20-50M in productivity pipeline and savings opportunities for Commercial Fire.
o Work with global site leads to drive monthly action items targeted to achieve a minimum of 5% productivity or $18M total savings for 2024.

Establish cadence and report out standardization to ensure Commercial Fire delivers a minimum of $24M in inventory reduction in 2024.
