We are seeking Sales Executives, with a results oriented personality to build unforgettable moments.
If you enjoy working with new potential clients and helping others enjoy vacations, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
Present ownership products and programs to our guests and potential owners to generate sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.
Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer happiness by using various forms of communication (ie: email, telephone, and written correspondence)
Apply selling concepts promoted at HGV
Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies.
Carry out all other reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing.

Qualifications

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with proven ability to close sales.
Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or services industry is a plus
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
High School diploma or equivalent.
