    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in both field and office environments.

    As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
    • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and successful project completion.
    • Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and drawings.
    • Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
    • Assist in preparing project budgets, estimates, and cost analysis reports.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment as needed.
    • Assist in resolving conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of relevant construction experience.
    • Preferred experience in commercial and government construction projects.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and drawings.
    • Ability to work effectively in both field and office environments.
    • Flexibility to work occasional weekends and nights as required by project schedules.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred but not required).
