    J-Berd Companies (Berd Electric) Seeks Project Assistant

    J-Berd Companies (Berd Electric) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Assistant to play a key role in supporting our team's success In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure projects run smoothly, from compiling documents and handling communication to creating submittals and managing project closeouts. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, field operations, and other departments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Organize and maintain project documentation
    • Streamline communication between project teams
    • Provide administrative support across departments
    • Manage project data and ensure confidentiality
    • Prepare jobs for bidding and handle project changes
    • Create and track project submittals
    • Close-out project documents

    You're a great candidate if you have:

    • Strong organizational skills and a knack for keeping track of multiple projects
    • Excellent communication to bridge the gap between departments and clients
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • A commitment to accuracy and a keen eye for detail
    • The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively
    • A willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team
