    Job Description

    The Sr.

    Manager, Product Financial Operations position is responsible for providing financial leadership and support to business units and agencies using our data, identity, and media products across dentsu.

    The position reports to the Senior Vice President of Product Operations.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Role is responsible for providing operational support across Product landscape, including:
    Collection of product usage data, as used to inform billing (client, interdepartmental, and intercompany), and calculating royalties to our suppliers
    Calculation and communication of supplier royalties
    Monitoring charges for accurate and timely payment to suppliers
    Coordinating applicable revenue and expense forecasts (by client and Product)
    Producing forecast documentation for Product leadership
    Liaising with Corporate Finance and Controllership teams regarding financial matters
    Qualifications


    Key Skills/Experience:
    Organized and efficient – time management, and ability to manage multiple vendors, multiple client projects, etc. keeping information organized, easily accessible and tracked
    Team player, with ability to operate in dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent combination of education and experience
    Advance skills in Excel, Word
    Experience in data or financial operations required, agency or digital advertising experience a plus
    Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform and operations
    Additional Information

    The anticipated salary range for this position is$94,000 - $152,375. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
