- Assist in all contractual funding components of National Accounts contracts.
- Ensure compliance requirements and customer commitments are adhered to in accordance with contractual obligations and with Sox Audit accounting policy guidelines.
- Assist year-end accrual process, EPM system process, accounting controls, and new account set-ups Manage customer data integrity issues.
- Provide support to team and Sales organization on customer issues related to reporting and completing payments.
- Ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Direct line of support to National Account Sales Directors for funding issues and initiatives.
- Support customers in reporting and funding-guide and support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
