- Developing and owning the strategic roadmap for CPQ processes.
- Leading change initiatives in CPQ and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identifying opportunities for synergy and optimizing resource allocation.
- Championing global process standards and aligning them with business requirements.
- Driving improvements in cycle time, governance, transparency, and data reliability.
- Utilizing lean and six sigma methodologies to drive ongoing process enhancements.
- Prioritizing and resolving business issues and collaborating with diverse, global teams.
- Identifying opportunities for technology-driven automation and ensuring process compliance.
- Establishing, tracking, analyzing, and improving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process knowledge and subject matter expertise in CPQ-related Lead to Cash activities.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to secure buy-in from key influencers.
- Exceptional change management abilities to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Effective people management and leadership skills.
- Technical awareness within the function.
