    Job Description

    Morada Senior Living is hiring a Resident Care Specialist to support our communities in Texas and Oklahoma. This key position provides on-site guidance to the community Clinical Department, supporting consistent, safe, and effective nursing practice in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Knowledge of clinical practice and operational procedures as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in assisted living and memory care setting.
    • Executes the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department and provides analytical data on key performance metrics.
    • Ability to perform proficiently in all nursing competency areas in assisted living and memory care setting, within scope of practice, including but not limited to direct resident care, family support, resident rights, and safety.
    • Ability to identify high-risk resident concerns and implement timely and appropriate response measures.
    • Ability to provide education and training to clinical department under the direction and collaboration with the Divisional Director of Resident Care and the National Director of Clinical Education.
    • Knowledge and support of policies and practices developed by the company.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of systems across the clinical department and make changes as appropriate.
    • May provide on-site and virtual support during company acquisitions.

    Requirements:

    • Clinical experience in assisted living and memory care settings.
    • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
