    A Lead Daycare Teacher Position

    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill our Lead Daycare Teacher position. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for fostering children's intellectual, psychological, and physical growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Curriculum Development: Plan engaging, age-appropriate lessons that cater to each child's unique needs and abilities.
    • Lesson Implementation: Execute planned lessons while adhering to daily classroom schedules and maintaining a structured environment.
    • Communication: Update parents through regular communication on their child's activities, progress, and developmental milestones.
    • Classroom Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom space.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a lead teacher in a childcare setting.
    • A strong understanding of child development principles.
    • Patient, kind, and nurturing demeanor.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
    • A valid Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA certified).
    • Able to commit to a standard 8-hour workday schedule with regular breaks.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    This position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
