    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement evidence-based education programs aligned with adult learning principles.
    • Collaborate with various departments and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create training that addresses organizational needs.
    • Conduct workflow analysis to identify and implement improvements for education processes, enhancing clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
    • Serve as a technical expert on applications like electronic health records (EHR) and care coordination platforms.
    • Communicate updates on technical applications and training programs, creating resources to support user learning.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in nursing, education, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in a clinical role (e.g., RN Care Manager, Nurse Practitioner, or equivalent).
    • 2+ years of curriculum development and training experience in a clinical setting.
    • Ability to work remotely with internet connectivity: Minimum speeds of 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down), Latency.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet business demands.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in a clinical role (e.g., RN Care Manager or Nurse Practitioner).
    • 2+ years of experience as a field preceptor for students or new hires.
    • 2+ years of experience in Nephrology or dialysis.
    • 2+ years of case management experience.
    • Strong familiarity with AdvancedMD (or similar EHR systems) and Salesforce/HealthCloud (or other care management tools).
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Salary Range: $85,500 - $104,000
