Summary:

In collaboration with the U. S. Department of Defense(DoD), the CHRISTUS Health SkillBridge Internship Program providesmilitary service members who are within 180 days of separation frommilitary service, with opportunities in a variety of differentroles. The goal is to provide service members with opportunities tolearn and train at CHRISTUS Health's facilities as they prepare thetransition from the military to the civilian sector.

This is an unpaid internship through the Department ofDefense (DoD) SkillBridge Program. Participants of the program willnot receive compensation or benefits from CHRISTUS Health and willnot be considered employees of CHRISTUS but rather will remain anemployee of the DoD and will receive compensation and benefitsthrough the DoD.

Requirements:

To be eligible to participate in the CHRISTUS SkillBridgeProgram, you must:

• Must be an ActiveDuty Service Member within 180-days of your separationdate
• Must obtain unit commander writtenauthorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridgeProgram prior to start of internship
• Must meetminimum qualifications based on the job description of the role youaccept
