    Overview

    Job Summary:

    Performs office support functions as directed by the assigned leader.

    Requirements:

    High school (at least grade 11) or college student.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Communication:

    • Effectively communicates with patients and colleagues via phone and in person.

    Team Participation:

    • Actively contributes as a team member, supporting decisions, embracing change, managing conflict, and recognizing the value of others' contributions.

    Flexible Support:

    • May fill in for other support staff as needed.

    Office Support:

    • Provides support in the area specified by the office manager.

    Skills/Qualifications:

    • Ability to work effectively under stressful situations with high concentration and energy.
    • Strong English grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Effective interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
    • Awareness of common safety hazards and universal precautions to establish a safe work environment.

    Work Environment:

    • Comfortable, well-lit office environment.
    • Moderate noise level.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Varying degrees of standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, finger and hand dexterity.
    • Talking, hearing, and seeing abilities.
    • Lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 100 lbs. maximum.
