Job summary
We are seeking a painter to join our team. The painter will manage the paint line and prepare parts and sub-assemblies for painting.The job includes setting up and preparing hand held spray gun to ensure paint coverage on metal parts as they pass through the paint booth on a conveyor line, maintaining tools and equipment, checking for worn parts on spray guns to ensure proper function.
The work also involves loading, unloading, hanging parts on the paint line,
cleaning parts/tools and maintaining tools/equipment and keeping the work area clean,
reading job orders and inspecting parts to determine procedures
and materials required.
Maintaining production rates and quality standards is also part of this role.
