    Opportunity

    ARCH is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant. This is a vital role that interacts with upper management, staff, business partners and clients.

    As the Executive Assistant your duties will include, but are not limited to:


    • Provide project management support and maintain momentum on high-priority projects, including but not limited to, staffing and resource planning, onboarding new department members, and strategy development for efficiencies among teams
    • Property and building related administrative tasks, including scheduling required inspections and certifications.
    • Plan, research and organize client events utilizing project management software
    • CRM follow-ups including screening potential customers, vendors and assigning such leads to the appropriate staff member.
    • Perform potentially confidential and complex administrative duties involving Excel, Word and PowerPoint including, typing letters, creating/updating spreadsheets, and compiling presentations
    • Liaison between clients and internal staff
    • Booking and planning travel arrangements as needed
    • Help facilitate staff events

    Requirements



    • 5+ years in an executive support role.
    • Professional discretion and confidentiality is a must.
    • Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
    • Tech savvy – advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
    • Dedication to accuracy and thoroughness across all tasks.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Available to provide support outside of normal business hours
