- Oversee demand planning for assigned business units, geography, or product portfolio.
- Coordinate with commercial teams to meet business plans, translate market needs into demand signal, manage inventory, and drive S&OP processes.
- Critical role in supporting revenue, profit targets, and operations.

- Analyze data to drive decisions that enhance KPIs.

- Act as backup for other Demand Planners when needed.

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in supply chain or related field.
- 5+ years in Supply Chain, 3-4+ years in Demand Planning/S&OP.
- Experience with SAP and IBP modules.
- APICS Certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Organized, proactive, ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Strong listening and influencing skills.
