Senior Cloud Technology / Cloud Integration Engineer - Splunk Engineer :

• Work on two major projects: deploying Amazon Cloud tools, integrating them into Splunk Cloud, and deploying Splunk Cloud

Qualifications:

• Experience with Amazon Kinesis Data Firehose (AWS) onboarding mechanism (candidates with experience limited to Amazon Kinesis Data Streams will not be considered)
• Knowledge of cloud architecture principles and best practices
• Experience with Splunk Cloud, a SoftwareasaService (SaaS) offering that provides the capabilities of Splunk Enterprise for log management, application monitoring, and security analytics.
• Hiring manager wants somebody who has strong Splunk engineering skills, including both Splunk onpremises (Splunk Enterprise) and Splunk Cloud Platform and migrating/moving Splunk Enterprise to Splunk Cloud Platform in a large data feed environment
• Experience with AWS Security : AWS Security Hub, AWS Security Lake, AWS CloudTrail
• Proficiency in using Ansible for automation and configuration management
• Experience with collaboration and project management tools like Confluence and Jira
• AWS Certifications preferred
