    Position Description You will serve as a Contract Specialist in the Training Systems Procurement Department of the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), of NAWCTSD ORLANDO
    Position Duties/Responsibilities


    • You will define initiatives and develop plans that achieve specific procurement objectives that satisfy mission needs.
    • You will ensure solicitation is structured consistent with Acquisition Strategy identified.
    • You will evaluate proposals and/or quotes against evaluation criteria to determine competitive range and/or selection for award.
    • You will evaluate sole source proposal or quote to establish the Government's negotiation position.
    • You will analyze proposed costs and/or prices to determine if fair and reasonable.
    • You will negotiate contract price, terms, and conditions for products and/or services and prepare contract award documentation
