    Reports to:
    Fabrication Supervisor Schedule: 5:30 am to 2:00 pm M-F

    Salary Range:
    $18-$30 per hour

    Uses various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.

    For Electrical tasks, the ability to strip and wire according to panel drawingsMaintains logs, records, and reports data concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies.

    Comply with all safety guidelines and use all Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).Maintains various assembly equipment as well as other machinery and holds the ability to perform basic repairs when needed.

    Inventories tools, parts, and supplies; contacts materials handler if supplies are needed.
    Responsible for ensuring the product meets or exceeds established product specifications and quality standards.
    Periodically checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts supervisor.

    Performs other duties as needed to drive to the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the values of the organization.


    Required Qualifications:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    At least six months of experience in construction, distribution, or manufacturing requiredHigh School Diploma or GEDMust be at least 18 years of ageBasic math and reasoning skillsMust be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.

    Must have good hand/eye coordination.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Self-motivated and self-directedAbility to meet deadlines with limited supervisionExperience operating a forklift
