    This Commercial Complex Sales Account Manager plays a key role in the sales efforts to grow business through existing accounts and new dealer acquisitions.

    As the Commercial Complex Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing authorized retailers, providing support, examining, and understanding dealers business needs.

    To succeed in this role your primary goal will be to increase activations through all verticals.

    This position will report to our office in Urbandale, Iowa, and require minor travel to company events.

    ResponsibilitiesRepresent DSI to our dealer base and build key relationships with our vendor partnersAdvocate for our dealers while advising their business on key metrics, marketing, and growthBuild and maintain relationships with current dealer partners and continue to grow these relationshipsExceed in weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals in sales and activations set by leadershipMeasure progress weekly with market conditions, dealer performance, training, and prospect pipelineMaintain new dealer pipeline, contact activity, and onboarding statusProvide onboarding and training support to dealers and ensure a successful launchWork with the credit and accounting departmentPlace orders for equipment and process RAsExecute other company initiatives and directives through the dealer baseRequirementsSales Professional with a strong background, and proven track record, and who is an excellent communicator with both internal and external customersDynamic, highly motivated individual with integrity, passion to succeed, and an entrepreneurial spiritIn-depth knowledge of complex equipment and installationsExperience with longer sales cycle opportunitiesPrompt, strategic, highly organized, effective time management, goal-oriented with proven resultsAbility to understand the competition and how to position your dealers to succeed in a competitive marketplaceAbility to learn industry key metrics and translate them into an executable action planBilingual Spanish PreferredBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance are available on the first day of the month following your first day of employment no extended waiting period.
