Job summary
This role is part of a high-impact quality engineering team responsible for validating AI-driven customer-facing platforms used in a large-scale telecommunications environment. The AI QA Tester will work hands-on with chatbot, IVR and web-based systems to ensure that AI and machine-learning models perform accurately, reliably and in compliance with enterprise quality standards before being released into production.On a day-to-day basis this role will execute integration system and end-to-end testing across AI-powered applications that support broadband and wireless customer operations.
