Position Title: LTC Technician II, Plant Operations

Department: Plant Operations

Reports to: Director, Plant Operations

Nature of Work

York General Hearthstone is looking for a Maintenance Technician that can help keep our organization running through maintenance and repair, as well as upkeep of the lawn and landscaping of Hearthstone skilled nursing facility. If you have experience in general maintenance or a related trade, like project work, and are a self-starter, this is a great opportunity for you

What You'll Do

• Assist with the maintenance and repair of the physical plant and its systems, and for the care of the upkeep of lawn and landscaping of the facility.
• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance, assists with project work.
• Makes recommendations for repair or replacement of YG equipment to maintenance supervisor.
• Maintain flexible schedule, participates in on-call schedule.

What You Need

• Must be able to read and write, as well as possess basic math skills
• English language
• A valid NE driver's license
• 1 year general maintenance experience and knowledge of lawn care equipment in regards to use and maintenance
• Ability to work on your feet
