    Title: Solution Director

    General Function:

    The Solution Director is an expert in IT Services that partners with sales to grow business by crafting solutions that align with each opportunity's win strategy.

    Reporting directly to the Vice President of Solutions, the Solution Director will be passionate and enthusiastic about solving client problems and will drive and effectively execute the Company's go-to-market strategies and programs as necessary and appropriate. This professional will provide marketing support, sales enablement, and quality solutions for new and existing client development and growth.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    The main areas of responsibility are:

    · Assessing new opportunities

    · Assembling solutions that meet technical and financial requirements

    · Overseeing and contributing to solution-related written proposals content

    · Costing and pricing services

    · Collaboration and coordination with Service Delivery, HR, and Finance stakeholders

    · Creating, overseeing, and delivering client presentations

    · Writing and negotiating Statements of Work

    · Meeting with prospects and clients to confirm understanding technical and financial requirements

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

    The ideal candidate will have:

    · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Masters degree in related field a plus

    · A strong background in IT services, including a deep understanding of ITIL, industry best practices domestically and globally, typical operational metrics, SLAs and SLA methodologies.

    · History of successful IT managerial roles and/or solutioning roles

    · Experience managing or contributing to large scale strategic services pursuits

    · Experience writing and negotiating contracts

    · Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills

    · Excellent quantitative and financial skills

    · High proficiency using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

    · Broad and deep understanding of business and service management technologies

    General Office Environment

    Work is generally performed from a home office environment, with standard office equipment available. Must be willing to travel up to 30% and adjust schedule occasionally to accommodate international co-workers, clients, and partners.
