    Description

    • Responsible for all day to day operations on assigned client accounts and systems.
    • Serve as the initial point of contact for all technology escalations from internal and external clients.
    • Oversee promotion launch activities, promotion setup, content updates, web site QA and regression testing
    • Facilitate customer onboarding and site reviews as needed.
    • Coordinate ongoing program operations with the project operations team. Delegate effectively.
    • Responsible for tax/earning reporting processes. Delegate these tasks to operations team, but ensure process is completed correctly and reporting is accurate and on time.
    • Maintain positive client and internal team relationships.
    • Together with the Application Director, recommend new solutions or ideas to the customer which will enhance their project and increase project revenue.
    • Manage the project budget and profitability by client. Ensure monthly bill lines are submitted and reporting completed.
    • Implement system or process efficiencies (i.e. automation) to reduce expense and risk for error.
    • Participate in program/web site reviews on an as needed basis.
    • Works with the client(s) to provide status of the release, coordinates walk through of the newly developed items and receive UAT feedback from clients.
    • Ensure process documentation is up to date and followed by the project operations team.
    • Reduce risk of error in operations by reviewing processing steps to ensure proper verification steps are implemented and followed.
    • Training team on processes and review of documentation.
    • Maintain the project issue log
    • Execute the business unit's service recovery process as needed.
    • Responsible for synthetic monitors (Site24x7). Ensure they are operational and maintenance periods are set as needed. Maintain application availability above 99.5% per app to the best of your ability.

    . Required Skills & Experience- 3-5 years of IT Business Analyst experience
    • Basic SQL querying experience
    • Experience with UAT and regression testing
    • Project management/coordination skills: task prioritization and delegation, organization and time management
    • Experience in a customer facing role: ability to excel in a customer centric role (prioritization and sense of urgency)
