    If this sounds like the kind of company you would like to work with, Apply NowPOSITION OVERVIEWWith guidance from the Product Operations Manager the Product Operations Specialist will support the activation and implementation of our Media Performance products, including Audience distributions, SalesMatch measurement campaign setups, vendor coordination to fulfill activations, operational communications (updates, alerts etc.), quality control and supporting new or enhanced processes and best practices as we grow our product set and scale our operations.

    This position will also partner closely with the Practice team to ensure the operational requirements of products/solutions are accounted for on the product roadmap and will meet market needs.

    This role has current Hybrid Workplace flexibility local to our Detroit, MI office location. Candidate must be available and willing to work in-person one day per month, and ad hoc as needed.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


    Responsible for using operational software to carry out activation and implementation requests, such as Audience onboarding and distributions, implementing new measurement campaigns, ensuring all insertion orders are fulfilled and all advertising operation SLAs and objectives are met.

    Integrate audience and measurement solutions with industry-leading ad operations, ad management, and ad measurement technology, such as campaign managers, ad servers, DSPs, and SSPs.

    For assigned operational tasks and setups, responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders, such as agencies/advertisers, on new activations, provide troubleshooting support, lead the resolution of operational/delivery issues, and the implementation of new or revised operational processes.

    Serves as operational point of contact for account teams, product managers, and clients on the implementation, scheduling, and monitoring of measurement and audience activations.

    As a user of operational tools, be responsible for providing user experience feedback to the Product Operations Manager to support product iterations and enhancements.

    Responsible for meeting established operational productivity, efficiency and quality assurance goals and KPIs.

    Support Product Operations Manager in the establishment of KPIs to measure quality and performance, monitoring performance, diagnosing issues, and ensuring quality maintenance or improvement of deliverables.

    Partners with Practice on the iteration or creation of internal self-service tools needed to fulfill operational tasks, and to drive operational automation and efficiencies.

    Tracks, processes, analyzes, and verifies data in order to improve accuracy, productivity, and quality and follow protocol for escalating operational issues to the Product Operations Manager.

    Plans, organizes, develops and delivers operational performance reports, deliverables and projects on time, adhering to client deadlines.
    Identifies, documents and works with the Product Operations Manager to implement process improvements and efficiencies.

    May provide billing data for creation of client invoices while working with finance team to ensure timely billing of client base and to resolve client concerns/issues.

    Collaborates with Practice team to research and define operational requirements for new advertising platform integrations or to enhance or upgrade existing integrations.

    Collaborates with account management team to ensure their operational needs are met, client solutions are in good standing, and all processes and best practices are being followed.

    Collaborates with product teams, agency partners, and account teams to implement new activations in the marketplace for our clients and operates as operational expert for new client setups and activations.

    Collaborates with clients and subcontractors to ensure they carry out critical functions in support of active solutions (e.g., onboarding, identity services, etc.).Maintains informational content for operations on company intranet, including setup guides, training information, communication templates, etc.

    Builds and maintains strong and effective internal relationships to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams and offices.

    Prepares presentations and effectively presents to internal stakeholders and external clients to provide operational reviews, process improvements, status reports, updates, and demonstrations.

    Works with manager in completing own annual goal setting and performance review in a timely manner.
    Works with manager to prioritize other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEUniversity degree preferred; degrees in, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field are preferred from an accredited college or university, or equivalent foreign institution.2+ years of related domain and industry experience, such as digital advertising operations (AdOps), media or campaign implementation on the buy or sell side, tag implementation/management, programmatic media trafficking, media analytics, marketing, or advertising technology (Martech/AdTech), identity management, data implementation.

    Must have a strong attention to detail, be intellectually curious, have a passion for driving efficiency and productivity.
    Experience in scrum agile environment a plus.

    Preference candidate has experience working within known AdTech systems like audience management tools, measurement solutions, or working within industry-leading platforms, such as DV360, SA360, Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Amazon Ads, Yahoo Ads, Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager, Experience Cloud, and LiveRamp Connect.
