Monitor interest rate, credit, and portfolio risk, setting limitations for Asset/Liability Management, and updating ALM policies in accordance with NCUA regulations.

Optimize investment and borrowing portfolios to achieve liquidity needs, earnings targets, and safeguard credit union assets, while managing deposit and loan product pricing.

Oversee budget administration, regulatory reporting, vendor contract negotiations, and preparation for NCUA examinations and audits.
Provide ALCO and investment reports to management; evaluate and interpret statistical and financial reporting to management.
Manage direct reports to maximize productivity and compliance, including hiring, performance monitoring, coaching, and appraisal for compensation and promotion.
