Description
A prominent company in the arts, based in Queens, is looking for a new General Counsel. The ideal candidate will have over ten years of corporate experience at a big firm and/or in-house. The person will go into the office 3-4 days a week. Typical office hours are 9AM-6:30PM.
The work will consist of a mix of IP, environmental, strategic transactions, commercial transactions, licensing, HR, employment, manufacturing, export controls, privacy, marketing and collaboration with artists.
Comp Range:
$300,000-400,000 base plus 40%-50% bonus.
