    KalVista now seeks a Sr.

    Manager, Medical Writing which is critical to the organization's mission as it prepares to commercialize sebetralstat, a novel, oral plasma kallikrein inhibitor in Phase 3 development for the on-demand treatment of HAE attacks.

    We anticipate data from the Phase 3 trial in early 2024 and an NDA filing in the first half of 2024.

    The Assoc Dir/Director, Medical Communications is accountable for developing, leading, and executing the medical communications strategic plan. This position will be an integral part of the sebetralstat launch team by ensuring the timely communication deliverables.

    The Assoc Dir/Director will provide expertise in a wide variety of communication-related activities including the development of content for Advisory Boards and Steering Committee Meetings.

    Additionally, this position will play a key role in the lifecycle management of sebetralstat.

    Responsibilities:
    Lead the development, maintenance, and implementation of the medical communication strategic plans
    Lead cross-functional medical communication core teams in the development of materials including those related to advisory boards
    Provide input into key medical/scientific communications concepts and ensure maintenance of the Scientific Communication Platform(s)
    Develop specified materials and manage to completion
    Ensure timely delivery of high quality, message-focused medical communications deliverables to target audiences
    Lead educational grant program and committee meetings
    Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    Ensure that medical/scientific communications activities are complaint
    Track tactical timelines and associated budgets
    Acquire and maintain thorough understanding of industry standards

    Requirements:
