    JOB SUMMARY:

    Responsible for providing Contract Management and Risk Management support of a moderately complex and confidential nature to the Business Development Department. The position works closely with the Contract Manager to ensure that internal and external customer contract needs are met in a timely, organized and efficient fashion. Ensures that insurance requirements are met and maintained for all active contracts and bids.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Maintain and administer NetSuite/ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system with contract related information. Ensure accuracy in monthly bond and contract renewal data.
    • Processing and management of both physical and digital new contracts, renewals, purchase orders, CPI adjustments and other contract related documents.
    • All bonding activities for contracts, licenses, and permits for all companies. This includes review of bonding requirements, coordination with surety representatives, obtaining bonds for new projects and maintaining renewal bonds for existing contracts and licenses. Track and process distribution of annual bond renewals to customers.
    • Interface work with Accounting/ Finance, Sales, and Operations to review job performance and potential contract risk.
    • Gather requested semi-annual audit contract and insurance related documents while working closely with Accounting/Finance department.
    • Develop a clear and concise understanding of Company's insurance language and policies. Obtain insurance certificates and ensure that insurance requirements are met and maintained for all active contracts.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration or equivalent
    • 2 years contract, risk, insurance or business related experience (preferred)
      Previous experience analyzing and preparing complex legal contract documents (preferred)
    • Basic knowledge of insurance policies is a plus
