- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, social, and emotional functioning.
- Collaborate with school personnel to design and implement interventions to address students' individual needs and promote positive outcomes.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students experiencing behavioral or emotional challenges.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and make appropriate recommendations for services.
- Assist in the development and implementation of schoolwide initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Stay current on best practices and research in the field of school psychology and integrate this knowledge into practice.
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist in the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- Experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
