    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Executive Assistant supports executive officer(s) by fulfilling administrative tasks as appropriate for the business area and other executive officers. The Executive Assistant must be able to work both collaboratively and independently on tasks that are complex and highly sensitive in nature, which support the executive officer's management and leadership of the business. This Executive Assistant shall provide support through a wide range of duties, including research and data compilation, attend and draft meeting minutes, prepare correspondence and prioritize items that need attention. This position requires a high level of integrity, as the role is exposed to confidential and sensitive information.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinate and prepare minutes of meetings, compile, and distribute committee packages; arrange locations, facilities, refreshments, and conference equipment for meetings.
    • Prepare and assemble reports, presentations, memorandums, and letters.
    • Provide technical support to executives and directors before and during meetings, conference calls, audiovisual presentations.
    • Gatekeeper; Prioritize Executive functions/meetings; Proactively manage executives' time by researching and routing correspondence; drafting responses and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating communications.
    • Anticipate in advance potential roadblocks, queries or scheduling needs to plan and resolve with executives, the board of directors, and third parties accordingly.
    • Attend phone calls and multiple phone lines to screen, answer, and transfer calls to appropriate parties.
    • Logistics coordination.
    • Adheres to Seacoast Bank's Code of Conduct.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's Degree required in a business-related area. Other degrees or certifications considered.
    • Minimum 2 years of administrative management experience required, preferably in banking or a comparable firm. C- Level support preferred.
    • General bookkeeping and strong math skills are essential.
    • Knowledge of advanced MS Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Solid experience with technology, applications, iPad/Apple Products,
    • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks assigned to meet deadlines, and the flexibility to juggle varying assignments.
    • Comfortable when working to tight deadlines, and able to turn work around within a short time span where demands are liable to change at short notice.
    • The ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and recommend solutions in advance.
    • Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and a team player.
    • Willing to assist others, including, and not limited to other senior management, executive direct reports, directors, customers, and shareholders.
    • Good understanding of bank policies, procedures, and operations
    • Ability to manage complex and highly confidential information.
    • Comfortable working autonomously and across multiple tasks and reporting into different working teams and Executive Officers
