    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    Essential functions are defined as the fundamental job duties of the employment position.

  • PREPARING, PATCHING, AND PAINTING FOR MAIN CAMPUS AND SURROUDING BUILDINGS.
  • PATCH AND SAND HOLES AND FINISH SURFACES.
  • MAINTAIN PAINT STOCK.
  • MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO ACCOMMODATE AROUND DEPT HOURS OF OPERATIONS.
    • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS :

    The minimum qualifications needed to perform essential job functions must also be identified.Qualifications such as educational preparation or license requirements and/or years of experience required must be specified.
