    The Senior Project Manager located in Boise, ID isresponsible for managing and administering construction projectactivities related to mechanical, electrical, and processpiping.

    The Senior Project Manager is responsible for ensuringall construction functions are completed correctly and in atimely manner. In addition, this person is the primary TFScustomer representative so a strong, customer service mindsetis essential.

    Responsible for providing and maintaining a safe andhealthy construction site, ensuring that safe work systems areimplemented as part of your job and for receiving IFW training
    Supports the creation and maintenance of an Incident andInjury Free Workplace
    Works collaboratively and utilizes HSE staff as a resourcefor strategic and tactical implementation of SHE processes andprocedures
    Supports Business Development Activities as required and incoordination with Marketing/Business Development Department
    Independent management of projects including dailyactivities, staffing, P&L, cash flow and reportingfunctions, as well as coordination with administrativefunctions at site, regional, and corporate offices
    Maintains a thorough understanding of the Company/Ownercontract and all project correspondence and documentation
    Develops and maintains continuous positive relationshipswith the GC/CM, Owner, and their assigned representatives
    Assists the Regional Manager or Project Director incontract negotiations
    Leads the Project Kick-off Meeting and subsequent projectplanning meetings with the project resources
    Responsible for accurately informing the Regional Manager -TFS of a project's overall status, regarding cost, schedule,quality, safety, and client relationship
    Ensures that all project staff receives appropriatetraining for HSE, Quality, TFS corporate processes, customerprocesses, and functional skills needed to perform theirassigned duties
    Identifies problems and manages / documents changes andimpacts on the project
    Evaluates potential risk, establishes a risk register,implements mitigation plans, and monitors / manages on aregular basis
    Attends monthly project status review (PSR) meetings withthe Regional Manager - TFS, Branch Manager – TFS, and Finance
    Coordinates with the assigned Project Accountant - TFS toensure project is billed monthly

    Bachelor's degree is preferred
    7+ years of experience in construction project management
    OSHA 30 certification required
    Must have process piping construction experience forsemiconductor or pharmaceutical facilities
    Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling,estimating, purchasing and project accounting principles
    Ability to read, understand and interpret contractdocuments, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and projectschedule
    Ability to implement Building Information Modeling (BIM)
    Ability to implement LEAN to support the project
