Job Summary
The Mental Health Therapy Aide (MHTA) fulfills objectives within the mission of the Golisano Center for Special Needs for the inpatient units.- Engage in daily meetings with behavior team to discuss treatment plans, participate in the implementation of treatment plans, involvement in assistance with daily living tasks while ensuring patient's privacy and dignity are respected, data management, participation in implementation of behavioral treatment procedures, use time efficiently and productively in the absence of specific assigned responsibilities, accept responsibilities and conduct oneself appropriately to audience and format.
