- Bachelor s Degree in Medical Technology, clinical laboratory science or similar degree in chemistry or biology with required semester hours and one year of training in a clinical laboratory as per CLIA and NJ DOH regulations.
- Effective written and oral communication skills, computer skills and organizational skills required.
- Two years of Supervisory experience

Supervises one or more sections of the clinical laboratory; prepares weekend and holiday schedules and other necessary scheduling of personnel as needed; monitors quality control and preventive maintenance records in the various sections of the laboratory; updates and maintains Procedure Manuals as needed; assists in budget preparation and capital equipment evaluation,
