    As a TruGreen Field Sales Executive, you will be the friendly face in the community, engaging with homeowners directly to showcase the advantages of personalized lawn care solutions. With your enthusiasm and commitment to TruGreen's proven Sales Playbook, you will provide customized services right at their doorsteps, building long-lasting customer relationships.

    What You'll Do - You will represent TruGreen, interacting face-to-face with homeowners to understand their needs and deliver tailored lawn care solutions that foster trust and satisfaction. Every interaction is a chance to connect, educate, and earn their business.

    • Engage with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach with professionalism, enthusiasm, and positivity.
    • Adapt sales messaging to meet the unique lawn care needs of each household, recognizing that every yard (and customer) is different.
    • Turn inquiries into commitments using proven sales strategies and methods.
    • Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to evaluate activity and results, as data matters for effective follow-through.
    • Cross-sell and upsell with precision, leveraging your expertise to help customers enhance their lawns.

    • A high school diploma or GED is required (strong people skills are a definite plus).
    • While previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous, a strong passion and hustle will take you further.
    • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential, as we value our reliable sales representatives.
    • Excellent communication skills are vital, whether you're engaging in casual conversation or closing a deal – sincerity is key.
    • Demonstrated time management skills and a self-motivated mindset; you enjoy taking initiative.
    • Comfort with technology and mobile devices is important (no coding needed, just basic navigation).
    • You should be physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
