Job summary
The outreach specialist supports The Core Collective's street outreach efforts,
working in the community to find, identify and assist homeless and runaway youth.
This position will build a stability plan with clients,
offer resources, provide linkage to supportive services,
and assist the youth in accessing temporary and permanent housing.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and providing face-to-face contact with youth who are shelter-resistant
and living on the streets throughout St. Louis City and County.
