**Job Summary**
The Clinical Dietitian - Oncology is responsible for provision of nutritional care, evaluation and assessment of nutritional status of assigned patient population. Develops and documents diet prescriptions and recommendations to patients for enteral or parental feeding. Participates in patient care team conferences and medical reviews and presents patient evaluations and recommendations to team. Provides guidance to diet office staff as needed to maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation agencies. Works with Cancer Center physicians and staff to review and revise clinical standards of practice, policies and procedures and procedures regarding Oncology Patients. Participates in and assists with department performance improvement plan, conducts community education and staff training relative to nutrition. Maintain current licensure with the American Dietetic Association.
**Qualifications**
: **Minimum Qualifications**
Credential Registered Dietitian with one-year acute care experience.
Certified Specialist in Oncology license preferred.
