Job summary
The Facility Manager's primary task is to ensure the facility is problem-free and safe so that treatment and care can be provided under the best conditions.The Facility Manager works collaboratively with the Operations team to manage outpatient programming, overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the facility,
and upholding company values.
The Facility Manager enforces program regulations and guidelines, including HIPAA policies,infection control,and Joint Commission Accreditation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures programs and services are implemented at highest standards.
- Manages facility schedule.
