Summary
The DCSA Office of General Counsel is seeking an experienced data management and IT security attorney (non-supervisory) to join a dynamic cross-functional legal team to advise on issues related to incorporating sound security and privacy requirements into agency policy and practices in order to execute its mission to deliver efficient and effective background investigations, adjudications, continuous vetting, industrial security oversight, and counterintelligence and insider threat services.
Duties
As a General Attorney (Information Data Privacy and Civil Liberties) you will provide direct legal support to the DCSA mission and support offices on information and data management and cybersecurity related issues, including:
*Advise on issues related to privacy records management, information security, information technology, and cybersecurity
*Advise on national security issues as they relate to information technology, information security, and cybersecurity.
*Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with colleagues and clients.
