The Fleet Administrator will manage the company's costs in regards to vehicle. Assist corporate fleet manager with ordering registrations transfers disposal advise instruct company drivers regarding vehicle policies ensure compliance standard fleet maintenance procedures coordinate registration initial tag title renewals review run reports fuel mileage preventative maintenance assist Fleet Manager field employees day-to-day operations maintain update driver data vehicle data coordinate new hires terminations-MVR CBT fuel pin maintain toll tag information vehicles analyzing information gathering organization multi-tasking coordinating tasks internal external.Qualifications
- 1-3 yrs related experience.
- Ability use computers needed applications MS OFFICE etc.
- Good writing skills.
