    Description


    •Expanding and institutionalizing the Suite Therapy Program

    o Develop efficient scheduling and therapeutic protocols

    o Collaborate and communicate with Suite Therapy Facilitators

    o Initiate and oversee data collection for Suite Therapy Program

    o Provide classroom presentations over Suite Therapy Program

    o Provide presentations to needed stakeholders regarding institutionalizing Suite Therapy

    •Expand mental health awareness and knowledge of students that have low participation rates in Suite Therapy

    •Expand mental health awareness and knowledge of students that have low retention rates at Friends University

    •Seek feedback and follow any additional directives from Director of Center on Family Living, Campus Mental Health and Director of Residence Life and Conduct, and Wichita MSFT Clinical Director

    •Provide presentations and recommendations regarding outcomes to key faculty and administration

    •Work 20-25 hours a week

    Skills & Requirements

    •A Bachelor's degree
    •Admissions to and continued enrollment in Friends University MSFT Wichita Program
    •Demonstrated consistency and competency in MSFT Program
    •Must be willing to work flexible hours including events that are connected to the on-campus Friends University experience

    •Strong written and oral communication skills
    •Relationship-building skills
    •Organizational skills
    •The ability to work independently
    •Proficiency with MS Office products
    •Strong presentation skills
    •Provide quarterly reports regarding responsibilities of the position

    Preferred qualifications:

    •Experience with on-campus and student life

    •Experience working with undergraduate population

    • Experience and interest working with marginalized communities
