    Seller Onboarding Specialist - RemoteDuration – 6+ Months Contract (With Possible Extension & Conversion)

    Job Description:
    Marketplace Business Development is looking for an engaged and excited associate to support our growing team.

    The Seller Onboarding Support associate will support the business development team through assisting with sellers in the marketplace onboarding process.

    The position will focus both on daily execution of existing operational processes and driving process improvement that support scalable solutions to the areas of responsibility.

    In this role the associate will be required to demonstrate an understanding of the Trust and Safety review process, conduct a high-volume of interactions (phone and email) with sellers to procure information, and create cases on their behalf.

    The Seller Onboarding Support associate is expected to work independently to meet daily performance goals while appropriately escalating complex seller situations, stuck cases, or solutions.


    Essential functions include:
    Conducts a high volume of calls (60+ calls / week) and emails to external partners.

    Supports and executes company operations by collaborating with external partners to procure information about their businesses and create internal cases to move the partners through their onboarding journey.

    Communicate with internal and external partners regarding processes, requirements, and performance measurements to support Marketplace business development.
    Hold a high level of organization and accuracy when managing a high volume of customer interactions and cases.
    Execute best practice standards and report trends or behaviors requiring escalation.
    Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
    Solutions will be grounded in data and metrics that drive the business.


    Preferred Qualifications:


    1-3 years in eCommerce, tech, or online support or sales enablementAbility to support multiple projects at once while ensuring deadlines are metFocus on accurate and appropriate data output for the business.

    Must also be able to deal with ambiguity and make independent decisions about what data and approach is best for the task at hand.

    Ability to adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.
