We are looking for a passionate Work Site Support Specialist to facilitate work-based learning experiences for high school students enrolled in our Pre-Employment Training - Work Experience Program. Your role involves providing on-site support, mentorship, and essential employability skills through engaging classroom discussions. With your expertise, empower these students to excel in competitive work environments.

As a Work Site Support Specialist, you will coordinate work experiences, offer on-site support, and deliver soft skills training using ODEP's curriculum. Ensure an optimal experience for our participants by completing necessary plans, reports, and paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate students' work-based learning experiences within the program.
• Provide on-site support and integration for students at worksites.
• Conduct soft skills training using ODEP's curriculum.
• Support students, mediate between co-workers and supervisors.
• Prepare required plans, reports, and paperwork.
• Collect information about students and coordinate necessary paperwork.
• Assist with new hire paperwork, orientation, and timesheets.
• Transport students to and from worksites.
• Report worksite outcomes and student progress to Leadership.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience in job coaching, sales, or human services.

Additional Qualifications:

• Completion of background checks.
• Compliance with training requirements.
• Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and independent work abilities.
• Computer and data input skills.
